Roasted pecans in sea salt, dark chocolate glaze with a hint of ghost chili & chipotle, and salted french caramel coulis.
Vanilla bean cheesecake. Last Christmas order completed. No pun intended. I should upload some more pics of these. A little food porn for the holidays.
Speaking of Cheesecakes…
I had to share this. Recently, Lorelei & I attended a Christmas party, to which I brought my Eggnog-Pumpkin Cheesecake. A friend of ours who is 1) very hot, and 2) a lesbian, upon eating my cheesecake, walked up to me, and soberly declared to me, and the immediately surrounding crowd, “(your cheesecake) is good enough to turn a girl.”
That is the single highest compliment my food has ever been paid.
